Just a short walk from the city centre sits Local Crescent, the latest buy to let development from local developer Salboy, that exudes luxury and centres around bringing to life the ‘new normal’ of residential living.
The development itself is split across two towers enveloped by a fantastic low-level building including a landscaped roof garden and five a side football pitch; both with incredible views of the city centre and surrounding areas, but also with a pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room on the second floor. As well as providing the residents with luxurious amenities, the entrance foyer and various communal living spaces all provide the residents with open and comfortable space, whether you would like to chill out post-swim on the emerald green velvet beanbag chairs opposite the pool, or on the corner sofa in the foyer surrounded by hanging lights and greenery. This development truly provides 5* facilities that you would expect to receive when staying in a high-end hotel, not renting an apartment in Manchester.
With the development nearing its completion, we at LPC Invest took a tour of the project recently and witness the finishing touches being made. The pool was filled and refracted the colours of the tiles onto the marbled walls, and all furniture was being carefully brought into the spaces, bringing the floors to life. It is safe to say that Salboy are very efficient with planning their developments as you will see no differentiation between their CGI mock-up of the development and the real thing, except perhaps the daylight and warm lamps make it look even better. Local Crescent truly is easily the most luxurious apartment building in Manchester, providing the residents with luxurious communal areas such as the cinema room, yoga studio, gym and even a coffee shop, for all of the needs of the residents and their landlords alike.
